Porsche 356A Speedster - 1956

Porsche 356A Speedster 174
Porsche 356A Speedster with 100 PS

This Porsche 356A Speedster was delivered on November 9th, 1956 in New York by the Hoffmann company. With its white and gray interior paintwork, it has a classic, timeless color combination and, with its 75hp engine, is the most powerful Speedster ever built apart from the Carrera Speedster. However, since we were of the opinion that the original engine should be kept “dry” in order to really retain its “matching numbers” attribute, we built a second, more powerful drive unit for the 356. So it is currently available with 100 hp and a German approval.

By the way: An absolute rarity for collectors! The vehicle has original Rudge Wheels from 1958.

The vehicle was extensively restored by us in around 2500 hours and is now in excellent condition. The entire restoration was of course documented and recorded.

The vehicle is now available for a test drive in the Appointment Hall.

Appointments in the Appointment Hall are by personal appointment only. This is how we ensure that you feel well looked after and advised on your personal “Porsche appointment”.
