Delivered on April 1st, 1963 in slate gray with black leather, this convertible arrived in a very questionable condition. The new owner wanted a complete restoration according to his ideas.

The vehicle was dismantled, stripped of paint and the body completely overhauled and rebuilt. Afterwards, however, the Porsche enthusiast decided on a more classic silver exterior color in combination with red leather.

The air-cooled 4-cylinder engine was equipped with Weber carburettors, an exhaust system from Sebring and a Nardi wooden steering wheel.
