This extremely rare Porsche 911S Softwindow Targa in its original Bali Blue color was delivered on April 10, 1967, by the Fleischhauer company in Cologne-Ehrenfeld, making it one of only 300 examples built for the European market!
According to our records, only seven examples in this color exist.
This sports icon went to the USA with its first owner, Paul Weiser. This German businessman passed his 911 on to its second owner, Mr. Larry Cummings, when he left the States to return to Germany. Larry Cummings drove his 911 for years until the first mechanical problems arose. It seemed destined for the same fate as almost all sports cars of that era: they were simply parked and forgotten.
We found this former sports icon on a remote farm in Oklahoma.
